Our mission is rooted in compassion, service, and a deep commitment to the communities we serve.
We are seeking a Community Engagement Manager who will play a key role in strengthening our community presence while working closely with our social media team to highlight and amplify these efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Community Strategy: Develop and execute initiatives that grow and strengthen community relationships, increasing engagement both locally and online.
- Event Planning & Execution: Lead the planning and coordination of community events, volunteer efforts, and outreach programs that align with our mission.
- Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, nonprofits, and community leaders.
- Content Collaboration: Partner closely with the social media team to capture, showcase, and promote community initiatives, ensuring our impact is visible and engaging across platforms.
- Community Engagement: Actively engage with our audience online and in person-responding to messages, comments, and feedback while fostering a positive and authentic community presence.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in community engagement, nonprofit work, or a related field
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect across diverse groups
- Proven organizational and project management abilities, especially in event planning
- A proactive, positive mindset with a genuine passion for community impact
