PURPOSE OF THE POSITION The Institutional Funding and Partnerships Intern will provide support to the (IFP) department efforts to secure funding from foundations, corporations, non-US governments and other Oxfam Affiliates by drafting ethical screening, performing donor research and analysis, reporting map donors to key program areas, and updating donor profiles to strengthen Oxfam’s institutional fundraising strategy.

- Support Oxfam’s Ethical Screening process for corporate donors through market research into corporate reputation and alignment with core Oxfam values.
- Support institutional fundraising efforts, primarily through research and analysis of philanthropic trends, corporate business sectors, and institutional donor prospects.
- Use fundraising databases and research tools to analyze philanthropic trends among foundation, corporate and government donors to enhance our institutional fundraising strategy.
- Identify key contacts within funding institutions to support relationship-building and donor engagement efforts.
- Demonstrates Continuous Learning: Stays current with professional standards, trends, and tools in research and analysis.
- Collaborates Across Teams: Works effectively in a collaborative, multicultural, and hybrid environment, fostering a problem-solving culture.
