Policy Director

The organization is seeking a Policy Director to spearhead its anti-poverty policy strategy and advocacy efforts throughout the Bay Area and California. This senior role involves leading strategic policy initiatives, managing a portfolio of policy-related grants, and fostering relationships with policymakers and advocacy partners. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in coalition building, advocacy, and policy implementation, along with a deep understanding of political processes. Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills are essential, as is the ability to translate research and lived experiences into effective policy strategies. This position is hybrid and offers a salary of $180,000.
