Responsibilities
The Property Services Coordinator is responsible for supporting operations and programming, as well as administrative support, for the Property Services Department while working collaboratively with the Team. The Coordinator supports efforts to ensure safe, sound, and well-maintained facilities operating to their maximum efficiency at the NPC and across our managed portfolio, as well as ensuring client satisfaction. This position is generally 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM with flexibility needed between the NonProfit Center and other properties in our portfolio.
This position is temporary with benefits through November 2023 with the potential of becoming permanent dependent on funding.
- Pay invoices related to the operations of the assigned properties, or pass on to client as appropriate.
- Oversee the work order systems for all properties by making sure issues are addressed in accordance with our Response Time Matrix, that tenants are updated as to the status of the work requested, and that work orders are closed out within the targeted response times. Follow up as needed through the completion of work orders.
- Communicate to tenants regarding facility operational issues; Ensure timely resolution of such issues.
- Communicate to our clients as appropriate with updates, concerns, etc.
- Manage tenant move-ins and move outs across the assigned portfolio.
- Assist in the Conference Space operations of the NonProfit Center in coordination with the NPC Management Team.
- Manage NonProfit Center and Link monthly tenant charges to be billed back.
- Conduct property tours as directed by other members of the team.
- Assist in property management or administrative tasks as directed by other members of the team.
- Provide front desk coverage as directed by other members of the team.
Complete other tasks and projects related to the job, as needed.

- At least two years of related experience.
- Prior experience in an office setting including the ability to multi-task.
- Prior experience managing inventory and supplies preferred.
- Excellent customer service experience and the ability to interact professionally with tenants and visitors to the building.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organization skills and a sense of self-accountability.
- A proactive attitude and approach; adaptable with a commitment to contributing to the team effort.
- Experience with computers.
- Reliability in being on time for assigned shifts.

Physical Demands/Work Environment
The physical demands described for this position are that of a typical office environment. Reasonable accommodations will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the functions. Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time in front of a computer screen is an essential aspect of the position. There may be a need to lift and/or move materials or equipment.
Location: Work will be performed between our office located at the NonProfit Center at 89 South Street, Suite 700, Boston, MA 02111 and your home office. This position is required to be on-site four to five days per week.
Schedule: This position is full-time at 37.5 hours per week and hours are Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:00PM.

Compensation and Benefits
Compensation: The salary range for this position is $28.21-$30.77 per hour and is commensurate with experience.
