• Manage databases and CRM software such as Raiser's Edge to track supporter engagement, donations, and outreach efforts.
• Lead research initiatives to identify key issues, target audiences, and opportunities for impactful messaging.
• Write compelling grant proposals to secure funding that supports campaign objectives and regional initiatives.
• Oversee fundraising efforts by designing campaigns that maximize donor engagement and resource mobilization.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, media outlets, and public relations contacts to enhance campaign visibility.
