Home Repairs for Good

Job Description

We’ve been great at providing home repairs, but terrible at asking for donations. In recent years, we’ve grown in our approaches to volunteer group projects, requesting financial support for their project and beyond. We have an annual Fall Repair Fest that encourages support for the event and home repairs throughout the year, and we have a small but mighty base of donors who give regularly. However, in an effort for sustainability, we know we need more help in the area of growing our donor relationships, increasing our individual and monthly donors as well as gaining a better understanding of cultivating large donations.

This role is the first of its kind in our organization and thus will have the ability to really pave the way for our processes and procedures in this area. The most successful candidate will already have experience with donor relations, fund development, and large campaigns and be comfortable diving in. This role will work closely with our Director of Community and Partner Engagement as well as the Executive Director. With experience, comes direct ability to get the work done and at the pace/schedule primarily defined by you.
